2 Items of Cod Fish (seasoned with Cayenne Pepper, Basil, Parsley, Lemon)(wrapped in foil and baked or cooked in Olive Oil)
Combined Vegetables (usually frozen since it's extra conveniant, i prefer the California Blend of Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower)(steamed or boiled for five-10 minutes)
1 cup of White or Brown Rice with Red Kidney Beans or Black Beans, or boiled potatoes, or a combination of rice with beans and potato.
After Exercise Smoothie
30 minutes stationary bike medium-maximum tension
half-hour stepper
30 minutes swimming and dash operating in pool
This routine burns app 1500 energy and i love to do it at night time, then have my smoothie, then go for a 2 mile stroll, then fall asleep.
My physique will burn more energy while i sleep when i do it this way and that i often wake up 2 kilos lighter within the morning than i did once i went to mattress.

Drink more water. Most of us actually don't drink enough water every day. Get enough sleep. When you don't rest well, you compensate by eating more. Meditate. Exercise. Pick exercises you enjoy. Work out different parts of your body. Eat more fruits. Eat more vegetables.
