THE PRIMARY WEEKEND

Mid week........ I am still recommending this "diet". Up to now issues appear to be working properly. I do feel more energetic in the mornings. A bit nervous to weigh in on Friday as a result of if the scale is just not moving that's gonna be actually discouraging........I will test again on Friday

Didn't do so sizzling over the weekend. Actually I didn't keep within the eight hours on either day, EPIC FAIL...... I did make wiser choices with what I ate and I kept up with the excersing this weekend so I am hoping that does some harm management........Very thankful my weigh day is not till Friday! I still battle with those berries. Purchased a tub of blueberries and pomengrante juice to make one of many smoothies in the guide, nevertheless my daughters ate all of the blueberries! I had not excerised in the final two days, my daughter was sick and had me up all night. I was also out of my regular routine, so not consuming as much water or eating the way I ought to. Suz, I'm so glad I could show you how to! I hope you're doing effectively on your journey! As for me, I've still stop the size so I don't know the way much I've actually misplaced.
