On Friday night time my daughter made some scrumptious smelling blueberry muffins. I told her I might save mine for Saturday, my "S" day. Properly, when Saturday morning rolled around and it was breakfast I spotted that now could be the perfect time to attempt the PORTION PLAN as specified within the guide I simply read and commented on in an earlier post. I measured a portion of the muffin using two fingers and cut the muffin accordingly. My sweettooth was fully happy eating 1/3 of the muffin. Tonight's supper was somewhat strange. I made baked pasta/sugo for the family, so I had to verify I saved a spot for a few of that on my plate. I additionally had a salad with - GET THIS - blue cheese, gargonzola, and feta cheese crumbles. I added a little bit plain yogurt with sweetener for my protein and a handful of grapes to prime it off. All in all, it was a very satisfying meal. :)

I was introduced to the No S Food plan in June 2008. After a bit of online analysis, I appreciated how it sounded and thought it would be do-able. After 21 days I knew I used to be hooked!
